Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms are flexible during non-peak times up to 24 hours prior to start of a confirmed booking. Within 24 hours you will be liable for the cost of the first day of the confirmed booking.

During peak times (all school holiday periods) we may charge a 15% late fee for bookings made within seven (7) days of the first visit.

During peak times (all school holiday periods) a cancellation fee will be charged for any cancelled days of a confirmed booking. ​

If you cancel once a booking has commenced, you will be liable for the entire cost of the booking.
